Scope

These terms govern your use of dardev.net and inquiries submitted through it. Individual products (Hesabi, DarDevLab, Workspace, DarDevOps, DarDevCDE, Observability, 20) carry their own product-specific terms presented during signup.

Hesabi availability

Hesabi is offered exclusively in Tunisia today, scoped to Tunisian fiscal compliance (TTN El Fatoora, TEJ). It is not sold or supported outside Tunisia.

Delivery engagements

Engineering delivery (custom platform engineering, infrastructure execution, DevOps automation) is scoped per signed statement of work. Delivery models include scoped deployment, engineering pods, and embedded engineers as described on our Delivery page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse DarDev platforms, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
